Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and older, as of Thursday 17 August, 2023. Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of Infinity Sports Travel are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must fill out the entry form on Facebook or Instagram. Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3. Entry Period: The giveaway begins on Thursday 17 August, 2023 at 13.00pm and ends on Thursday 24 August, 2023 at 11.59pm. Entries received after the end of the giveaway period will not be considered.
4. Prize: The prize for this giveaway is five days onboard the Epic (11th-15th September 2023) traveling from Marseille, one double cabin for two people, all-inclusive dining (specialty dining upgrade available) and full use of on-board facilities and entertainment. No drinks package is included with this prize, however the winners may purchase this at their own cost. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided. The winner is responsible for any taxes or additional expenses related to the prize. Flights and transportation to and from the ship is the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within two days after the giveaway ends. The winner will be notified through email and must respond within five days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be chosen.
6. Publicity Release: By entering the giveaway, the winner grants Infinity Sports Travel the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification.

8. Disqualification: Infinity Sports Travel reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior during the giveaway.
9. Limitation of Liability: Infinity Sports Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participating in the giveaway or by the use or misuse of the prize.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes and Termination: Infinity Sports Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
12. Agreement to Terms: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
